The time had come. And, fortunately, she had come here alone. Well, aside from her Honeedge guard flying about and scouting ahead, of course. But that was par for the course, really. They went into woods in this formation in general, most of the time. Especially when it was likely that they would come across Pokemon on their way. It just was safer that way and her own duo of ‘Mons quite enjoyed being useful. They were just as dutiful as their trainer after all.

Though, admittedly, this was more of an indulgence, really. She did not have to buy a ticket or take a stroll like this. Most of her Pokemon she had earned from their family’s breeds or caught randomly on routes, after all. However, she was still missing one, one that she quite liked and had heard was relatively common in this zone. And this being an acceptable middle-ground in acquiring Pokemon, she’d decided to try it at least.
Worst case, she returned empty-handed and wasted some Pokedollars. That was sad, but not too terrible. But no one but her would ever know. After all, she’d been able to go alone.
